I've been so busy lately, I've hardly had time to post anything. I've been in Virginia, saying my last goodbyes. It's kind of bittersweet - I know that I don't really want to be in Virginia, but realizing it truly is my last time visiting for quite a while does feel strange. I know it's a case of Graduation Goggles (any How I Met Your Mother Fans out there?) and soon enough I'll remember why I had left in the first place. Leaving home is hard, we all know that.
Of course, there is a bright side to all of this. My oh-so-handsome boyfriend is moving to NYC with me in just one week! I've been trying my best to prepare (I bought a real bed frame, can you believe that!) and make his move as comfortable as possible. I have my worries, of course. What if he hates it here? After all, he's only moving up here for me, while I chase my dreams. What if we don't have enough space in my tiny apartment? Is he going to get annoyed with my admittedly annoying cat, Finn? Is he going to get annoyed with me? There's no point in worrying, of course. Life will happen, it always does. We're just along for a wild ride.
Here are a few photos of the past few weeks. Enjoy.
